General Questions

What time does the ceremony start?

Ceremony starts at 5pm. Immediately following will be a cocktail hour. Then the reception with dinner and dancing! All at Brick & Ivey.

What is the dress code?
Our chosen dress code is cocktail attire.
Are kids allowed?
While we adore children, this is going to be an adults only celebration with the exception of immediate family.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Only those who are listed on the invitation are invited.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Both the ceremony and reception are held at Brick and Ivey in Marietta, GA.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Brick and Ivey has plenty of onsite parking to accommodate our guest count. Cars can be left overnight if needed in case you are not able to drive home, we want everyone to make it home safe.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our goal is to enjoy the beautiful spring weather with an outdoor ceremony. But there will be an indoor rain plan if needed. Our cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We are not reserving a block of rooms, but are happy to suggest a few close options. Please refer to the home page for a few options!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Passed Hors D'oeuvres

Chicken Empanadas, Berkshire Pork Dumpling

Dinner Buffet

Garden Salad (V), Tempura Cauliflower, Back Beans & Chorizo (GF), Pasta Primavera (V), Taco Bar Station

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
The venue is able to make accommodations if they are noted in your RSVP.
Will there be an open bar?

Yes... CHEERS!

Please be responsible and respectful.

Can we bring our own food & alcohol?
Absolutely not, the venue will remove you from the celebration.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We request the ceremony be unplugged for everyone to be present in the moment. We love our photographer and trust them to capture our special moment. Otherwise we can't wait to see the photos you take throughout the rest of the night!
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
Feel free to post your photos!
Where will wedding updates be posted?
Updates will be posted to this site! Feel free to check back every so often as we are finalizing more details.
